LOTF Movie

Objective:  The students will watch the modernized, Americanized and pretty bad version of Lord of the Flies and make mental comparisons between it and the awesome book.

1.  We have two days of the movie.  How many of you are doing outside reading?  You now have 15 days.

NO LATE PAPERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!  NO EXCUSE!  YOU HAVE HAD 5 MONTHS!

2.  Watch the movie.  I will do my best to edit out any Rated R material.

LOTF Final worth 300 points

Objective:  Pass

1.  Get out a pencil
2.  Get answer sheet and write name on top (minus 5 points if I have to look it up by the number).  Bubble in your number.
3.  Get test.  Read the questions and true/false statements carefully.
4.  Scan test when done.  Write the score on your paper and give to me.

Objective:  The students will pre3snt their chapter and the other students will listen, interact with, ask questions of the group teaching.

LOTR: A Letter Home

Objective: Given about 40 minutes of the class period, students will create a narrative retelling of the events that occur between chapters 1-6 in for the form of a letter.
