Objective: The students will make connections between East of Eden and the story of Cain and Abel.

1. Get lit books (we are returning them today). Take the covers off. DO NOT TAKE ONE THAT IS NOT YOURS!!!!

4. Video. Pay attention to how Cal and Aron's allegorical actions.

Objective: The students will use all of what they have learned this year to analyze and critique John Steinbeck's East of Eden.

3. East of Eden. There will be 10 questions (or more) about the video, story or author on the final. That means it will be 1/6 of the final grade.
