I Messed Up!!!

Objective:  The students will complete vocabulary for reading of tomorrow's story.

1.  I messed up in describing yesterday's reading:  I said read Chapters 3-4.  And I said it was 7 pages.  Well that was wrong and confusing.  So today, just read Chapter 5.  We will have a quiz tomorrow on Chapters 3-5.

Objective:  The students will write more of their first essay.

1.  Digital Awareness Last Lesson.  Assessment on Monday.

2.  Writing:  Body.

3.  Closing Paragraph:  What should it do? 
      a)  Restate in a new way the thesis/claim that you have made.
      b)  Apply what you have proven to the bigger picture.  (future, all people, etc...)
      c)  Be Short.  Do not mention new information!!
